The Spencer Foundation’s first ever virtual race was more than a virtual success – we raised over $1200 for Operation: Playcation! Participants ‘hiked’ the Grand Canyon from North Rim to Navajo Point by logging the miles they walked each day, no matter where they were. Racery.com tracked their progress on a trail map and leaderboards, and even displayed a Google street view of their virtual locale. They even received email “postcards” celebrating their progress!
