The Spencer Foundation delivered lots of toys, games, cloths and arts & crafts to the children at Stony Brook Children’s Hospital on Friday February 16th. Very special thanks to the Knights of Columbus and everyone else who donated and purchased gifts from our Amazon wish list.
Said Jeanine Spencer, “I look at these kites every time I am at Stony Brook Children’s Hospital and think of the children who are here fighting what might be the battle of their lives and hope that they will win the battle and soar to be all they can be. Thank you to all that help to give them strength, encouragement and hope. Your generosity warms my heart, since when I was a volunteer at the hospital I saw how much of what we bring means to the kids and families.”
