From Tuesday July 5th through Friday July 15th, KIDS NEED MoRE supported by The Spencer Foundation will be holding a day camp for kids fighting cancer, life-threatening illness and other grown-up stuff that kids shouldn’t have to deal with.  We are hoping to host 75 children at camp at no cost to their families.  Lunch and transportation are also included.  Kids will have nine days packed with nonstop fun, including water slides, carnival, ice cream, therapeutic horse back riding, art and music therapy.  This will cost an estimated $65,000.  Every dollar donated by May 31st will be matched, up to $10,000.

How will this money be spent?
$25 pays for five children to eat lunch for one day
$40 enables one child go therapeutic horse back riding
$35 treats 10 children to ice cream
$25 covers the cost of a carnival day for one child
… and not one penny will go to fundraising fees!

So far, Jeanine’s Facebook May fundraiser post has raised $7436.00.  You can help anytime by donating  here on our website.
