On September 12th, the Lions of the Woods presented the Foundation with a donation of $1000.00 from their February 25th fundraiser at the North Village Tavern in Rockville Center.
Said Board member Gina Wuestmann, “Tonight was amazing! The Spencer Foundation received a check from the Lions of the Woods from the night Barbara Ann Dillon and I bartended at North Village Tavern. David E Wuestmann and I are both Lions and so proud to be on the board of this amazing foundation that Jeanine Spencer created. Thank you to Joe Scoop and his amazing wife for hosting. What a beautiful and generous group of people we got to spend our evening with.”
Jeanine Spencer commented, “A special thank you to Gina Caggiano Wuestmann, Barbara Ann Dillon and Joe Scoop along with the rest of the Lions of the Woods who raised money for children with cancer. It is truly a pleasure to know such wonderful souls that do for others.”
