On Sunday June 8th, young and old enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at the Hope 4 Kids Fundraiser benefiting The Spencer Foundation, held at the Lion’s Den on Higbie Lane in West Islip, NY. They dined on hot food and heroes and browsed an amazing array of 30 raffle baskets. People that attended stated they loved the Foundation and all that it does to help children and their families. The event was a rousing success, raising $4012 for the Foundation.
Jeanine Spencer said, “Thank you to Norma, owner of the Lions Den, for hosting the event. And very special thanks to Jayne Berg and the entire Berg family for all their help and support. Jayne planned and organized the entire event, including all the raffle baskets. Your hard work and dedication will bring lots of smiles to kids going through cancer treatments.”
